Bahadur Ali Jessani, the founder of Royal Canadian Steel, had an entrepreneurial mindset from a young age. Andrea Fonseca is a seasoned professional who has been associated with the RCSI family since 1998. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Andrea has honed her skills in preparing contracts, negotiating rates, coordinating shipments, and managing logistics.

Her attention to detail and ability to multitask have made her an invaluable asset to the company, and she has played an instrumental role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s shipping and logistics activities. Andrea’s dedication and commitment to excellence have earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues and customers alike.

Anthoinette Rebello is a dedicated Senior Accountant who has been an integral part RSCI family since 1997. With a wealth of experience in accurately recording financial transactions such as sales, expenses, and purchases, Anthoinette ensures that our finances are always in order.

She is responsible for a range of tasks including preparing deposits, completing tax remittance forms, processing payroll, and assisting internal auditors in their verification process. With her attention to detail and expertise in cash management, Anthoinette is a key member of our team, and we are proud to have her on board.

Aziz Lalani is an accomplished Logistics Manager at RCSI for over 12 years with expertise in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain management, sales analysis, warehousing, and distribution. With his comprehensive understanding of the entire logistics process, Aziz has proven himself to be an invaluable asset to our organization.

With an MBA in Marketing, he also has a strong background in marketing and sales services, sales excellence, and client services.

Theresa is a highly experienced and dedicated member of the RCSI family who has been working with us since 2001. As a Purchasing Manager, she is responsible for organizing and managing the purchases of Steel products and maintains a good relationship with our suppliers.

While Theresa’s expertise lies in purchasing steel coils/sheets, her role as a Purchasing Manager has required her to be a jack of all trades. She is responsible for managing various aspects of the purchasing process, from making RFQ’s and purchase orders to dealing with quality issues, negotiating prices, and maintaining records. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines ensure that RCSI’s purchases of steel are managed efficiently and effectively. Additionally, her communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with suppliers and mills are invaluable to the success of the company’s purchasing operations.

David is a human resources manager and worker’s compensation specialist at RCSI. With a wealth of experience in occupational health and safety, David is a seasoned professional who has dedicated his career to promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

As a former employee of the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board of Ontario, he has a deep understanding of the complexities of worker’s compensation and is well-versed in navigating the system on behalf of our clients.

John has been an integral part of the ITPI since its inception and played a key role in setting up the plant mills for tube manufacturing. Karim Jessani is a highly experienced and passionate leader in the steel industry. With 40 years of experience under his belt, he has become a prominent figure in the field. As the CEO of International Tubular Products Inc., Karim brings his engineering background and passion for steel to the forefront of his work.

His unwavering dedication to the company’s success is evident through his introduction of a tube manufacturing plant. He added to the existing capability of the company by installing two high-tech tube manufacturing lines, capable of producing tubes of various shapes and sizes.
